Once upon a time, in a far away land, a girl was looking for Angels. She soon realized that they were all around her. That made her so happy, she decided to share her Angels with everyone... everywhere!

Honey!
Summer Time.... Vacation!
However, no matter how hard we try, our South Asian skin is prone to dark spots, oily skin, sun burns.... name it and we hate sunshine at 45 celcius.
When my sister told me about the usage of honey, all i pictured was stikky dirty buisness. But it has been a refreshing summer so far!
Try it!
~Honey, 1 to 2 tablespoonfulls
Smoothly apply the honey with your fingers on your face, neck, arms, even feet. But do remember not to try to massage it but apply it gently in upward strokes and circular on your face.
Leave it on for nearly 20 minutes and wash with normal tap water. You would not need to apply soap for next half hour..... you will see the result!
If you want to reduce skin tanning and oiliness........
~Add few drops of fresh lemon, apply as before.
Its seriously refreshing!

Mobius Wrap
Hi everyone.
I have been looking for the exact counts for my Mobius wrap for sometime now. Finally i found the right pattern.
Basically the concepts are very simple, however its not enough till you know how to get the twist right. I hope the pattern is helpful. I will be posting the picture as soon as i am done making my Mobius wrap.
If you have further questions, let me know. I would love to help. Enjoy, what i enjoy the mot.... try Creating something for yourself!
~ Chain a row in desired length of your cowls circumference.
~ Form a ring with 1 sl st in first ch.
~ ROUND 1: ch 3 (= 1 tr), skip first ch, continue to work 1 tr in every chain the entire round, work only in back loop of ch.
~ Continue to work in the round and once you finish the first round you now work 1 tr in every ch in front loop of ch (i.e. there will be a "cross" in the transition).
~ ROUND 2: (Insert a marker = beg of round).
~ Begin working 1 tr in 3rd ch from beg of previous round, continue to work 1 tr in every tr the entire round.
~ Continue in the round with desired stitch pattern.
~ Continue till the length you want.
~ Enjoy your winters!

Kimono style Jacket
Hi, everyone.
I made this Kimono style jacket for a beautiful 6 month old baby girl last year. As much as i loved making it, it was loved by many. Its very easy to make. Simple shell stitches throughout. I wanted to make it even more special so i made flower bottons instead of stitching buttons on it.Thursday, 16 June 2011
Wild mint tea
Hi,
The other day i was thinking why not share all the little herbal secrets our Grand-mothers used to apply on us when we need something a little different from conventional method of health.
And believe it or not, these herbal remedies work like magic!
No side effects, simple and very effective. I use it all the time.... why wont you try it!
As i was growing up my grand mother used to give me a special cup of warm wild mint tea with a spoon of honey... mmmm.... now that really works for nausia (due to any reason), upset stomach (especially dhirea) and mother of all pains, period pains.
All you need:
~ 1 1/2 cups of water
~ 1 teaspoon honey (no sugar of any kind.... as sugar is used for constipation)
~ 3 pinches of Wild Mint Tea (you can plant them in a pot and use fresh leaves or dry them and store it in a airlocked jar)
~ 1 cardimon, it is optional but its prefered to keep it simple, it works faster that way.
~~ Boil the leaves in the water for a minute. Strain. Add honey.
Enjoy!
